Position responsibilities include: 

Duties include but are not limited to provide clerical support to the Human Resources Manager; to maintain personnel records for shift employees and interface with plant employees on personnel related issues, record absentee call-ins and notify corresponding department, as well as other administrative duties as assigned.


One year of previous administrative/office experience, exceptional communication and telephone skills required.  Candidate should be people oriented, able to work well in a busy office environment, a self starter, and able to work independently. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekends. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is a must.

 Bilingual (Haitian Creole) is preferred.
