QA Tech Night Shift

Position responsibilites include:

Conduct and record tests or checks on temperature, equipment, packaging, housekeeping and hygiene, product flow and equipment performance.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces up to four continuous hours with a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Must be physically able to travel to all areas of the plant
• Must be able to communicate properly with all levels of management and USDA, to write and compile reports from test data, and be able to handle stress
• Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions and to learn the methods and practices used in poultry processing. Must comply with all Quality Assurance and USDA regulations
• Must be able to perform strenuous work in a damp environment with temperatures ranging from 45 to 55 degrees

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and good math skills are required
• Must have the ability to read and record measuring devices and interact well with production supervisors
• Must have a history of good attendance record, work flexible hours and have good communication skills
• Must be able to work without requiring a lot of supervision
